Homemade Maple Belgian Waffles with Cinnamon Cream

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, Lactantia Lactose Free 2% milk, melted butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
  4. Preheat your waffle maker. Pour in the batter and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Repeat until all batter is used.
  6. In a medium bowl, whip the Lactantia Lactose Free 35% cream with pumpkin pie spice using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  7. Serve the waffles warm, topped with a dollop of cinnamon cream and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
