No Churn Raspberry Chocolate Ice Cream

  1. In a medium skillet, add raspberries, sugar, Lactantia Lactose-Free 10% cream, and chocolate chips.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens (about 5–8 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
  4. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Move to the freezer and let set overnight.
  6. For best results, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
