No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the eggs, Lactantia 10% Half & Half, gelatin, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and pumpkin purée until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the premade graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 5–6 hours, or until fully set.
